Advanced HACCP Training

This Advanced HACCP Training course covers Validation, Verification, and Auditing of Prerequisite and HACCP Programs, building on the fundamentals of HACCP. This is a two-day interactive course presented through the Zoom platform. Certification is provided through the International HACCP Alliance. Included in the training is an overview of auditing techniques which may be used for internal audits, second-, or third-party audits.
